Good advice with tricky property.
Nic and the team were recommended to us by a friend who had recently sold. The property we were selling had some issues, in that it had not had a final inspection and CCC issued for building work carried out over 20 years ago. Nic had the knowledge and experience to arrange some remedial building work and get the CCC over the line with Council. Then the team used their deep understanding of the local market and potential buyers to target developers, and achieved an excellent result from a pre-auction offer. Nic and the team were responsive and helpful throughout the process, and I have no hesitation in recommending their services.
