After seeking input from several agents active in our area, we chose Misaki and Nic to sell our mother's house, and the result justified both the process and the choice. We had a long lead before sale (8 months), so as to time our run for the best result. Nic provided good feedback, responded well to our queries and provided good insight on the various components of the market around our sale, and ultimately we achieved the price we had hoped for.
