After having successfully purchased a new home back in June/July of 2023 with the assistance of both Nic Ebert & Misaki Oshiro, it was time to put our old house on the market and had no hesitation in arranging Nic & Misaki to represent us and handle the marketing and sale. While there were a couple false starts (Not Nic's fault) from time waisters, we eventually received an offer that we were quite happy to accept after just under 8 weeks of being on the market, which given the condition of the house was nothing short or MIRACULOUS and we were kept informed every step of the way with regular progress reports etc. Having relied on both Nic & Misaki's sales expertise from both a buyers and sellers perspective over the last six months, I would have absolutely no hesitation in recommending them for any and all of your property sales needs.
