After having successfully purchased a new home back in June/July of 2023 with the assistance of both Nic Ebert & Misaki Oshiro, it was time to put our old house on the market and had no hesitation in arranging Nic & Misaki to represent us and handle the marketing and sale. While the property was in an ideal spot and a very desirable location, the house in comparison was not, due to both its age and desperate need of significant maintenance and modernization.
