Nic and his helper Misaki both worked hard to help us get the house ready and then marketed in in the best way to maximise our return. We had two very difficult problems involving an error by the Council in the LIM report, and a CCC that required engineers carry out work on our site and many hours pulling it all together and finally getting it over the line.
