Niall was great to work with and provided a really clear line of communication between myself and the vendor. As first home buyers, he made the process quite seamless and we were able to understand the needs of the vendor and vice-versa. I'm sure this translates well to anyone using Niall as their agent when selling.
Our first conversation with Niall at the open home was informative and honest. Our questions were answered and details we missed were disclosed. From that point on the process of buying the place was a breeze with exceptional communication between all parties involved. His willingness to work with us and around our schedules was very much appreciated, he even personally went to measure a fridge gap for us so we could order ahead of time. We valued the effort Niall put in to keeping track of changes and letting us know immediately what was going on, the whole process has been a well oiled machine and that is thanks to the experience and professionalism Niall holds. Thanks again!
We couldn't of been more impressed with the service we received from Niall Crawford. From start to finish, Niall was professional, approachable, and incredibly knowledgeable about the market. He guided us through every step of the process with clear communication and expert advice, helping us achieve a result we were very happy with. Marketing was awesome. Niall’s attention to detail, proactive approach, and genuine care made the entire experience smooth and stress-free. We highly recommend him to anyone looking to sell or buy in the New Plymouth area.
