Ngaire conducted herself very well and was willing to assist day or night. She was quick to respond to any queries and regular updates were given. Experienced a few hiccups with documentation initially, but that was rectified quickly. Overall very satisfied with the service received.

I could not fault the effort Ngaire put into selling my property and her pleasant demeanour certainly helped. If I have one query and that is when listing with Harcourts is the selling process limited to the agent who signs you up? In the past the numerous properties I have sold once signed up with the agency all agents in that company appear to be in the mix and in a lot of cases someone other than the listing agent makes the final sale.
