Neville knew what he was doing, and as a result made our journey as vendors very simple at every step of the way. We sold our property from the other side of the country, but Neville was in touch constantly but unobtrusively to make sure everything was running smoothly. Plenty of good advice but it was clear that he was first and foremost listening to the vendors. Maybe we're biassed by a very rapid sale at well above our expected price, but he certainly delivered on what we were hoping for and more.
