I first contacted Nelson within minutes (literally!) of the auction due to start. I had little hope of being able to complete the pre-auction formalities with such little time to spare. However, Nelson and his efficient PA together made the impossible, possible! The duo moved at the speed of lightening, and within seconds, all the pre-auction formalities were completed over WhatsApp and email. He also calmed our nerves as we were going to be bidding on an unseen property, and despite being so short on time, he answered all the questions I had.
