What can I say. Now is not a great time to sell but we have other things to do The marketing was held up due to tenants having covid. Auction day arrived with one registered bidder I had little expectation of it selling. I didn’t even want to watch the auction we were 3rd house to come up for auction. Then all of a sudden we were 6th We were not sure why ,but all of a sudden Nelson had 2 more people call up about our property. Nelson is a legend he convinced a person to bid sight unseen on our house in the space of 10 minutes. We meet the market and the property was sold. It was an amazing outcome by Nelson and Amelia
