I first contacted Nelson within minutes (literally!) of the auction due to start. I had little hope of being able to complete the pre-auction formalities with such little time to spare. However, Nelson and his efficient PA together made the impossible, possible! What can I say. Now is not a great time to sell but we have other things to do The marketing was held up due to tenants having covid. Auction day arrived with one registered bidder I had little expectation of it selling. I didn’t even want to watch the auction we were 3rd house to come up for auction. Then all of a sudden we were 6th We were not sure why ,but all of a sudden Nelson had 2 more people call up about our property.
