Easy to deal with

Neil was knowledgeable on the current Hamilton market and gave an appraisal price that was realistic to the market and did not try and oversell himself to us with a high expected price. He kept us informed with every step of the process in a 3 week marketing campaign and is honest to deal with and is trustworthy. We would definitely recommend him. Our sale price at auction was within $+5k of what he said he thought it would go for, spot on Neil.
