Personal, Kind, Honest and Without Personal Agendas

As a buyer, it is rare to be able to say an agent made you feel comfortable, listened to, supported and not pressured or taken advantage of, but I can honestly say the team of Neil and Baljeet have blown us away. Baljeet was our main point of contact and she is truly a breath of fresh air. She made it clear very early on that our details would not be put in a database for future spam and it never once felt like we were pressured or couldn’t trust what we were being told. Baljeet was personable, relaxed, always available and prompt to respond, and just generally an amazing human being to work with. Thank you for making the house buying process straightforward, fair and relaxed (which is a very different experience from dealing with the vast majority of ‘big’ agents). THIS team of two is how real estate should be done! I would not hesitate to recommend them for a second.
