Neil has been fantastic to work with, very professional and has a great knowledge of the market. His excellent communication skills and support made for a very smooth and stress free journey for me. Best agent I have ever worked with and would definitely recommend him. Top agent Thank you Neil
We like his easy manner with good knowledge of the market. Gave us very good advice on pricing and marketing. He kept us well informed on open home attendees and any interest displayed. Very easy to deal with, did not panic as time went on. He said it might take 3 months, which we were okay about. It only took 3 months and 2 weeks!!! We got a great result so very happy.
Neil worked diligently to keep interest high on the property during a harsh real estate market.
Neil was confident in selling the house, he's easy to talk to with No pressure. Has great knowledge of the current market. We were happy with the outcome.
Anyone can sell houses during a buoyant market but in our current climate with falling house prices and rising interest rates it takes a clear head and genuine experience to get the job done, Thanks Neil, no fuss, great result!
