I feel that Neil did a fantastic job each step of the way when selling my home. From the first appraisal Neil took me through the process and always made sure I had a chance to ask questions (which I did) and provided guidance where I needed, plus had some great suggestions on how to present my home. Neil did a lot of background work outside of the open homes, calling potential purchasers and promoting the listing through his contacts etc. I felt very informed as to how things were going the whole time, and Neil provided feedback and buyer insights over the phone and through a very thorough written report after each open home weekend. He made himself available for questions anytime through txt, call or email. He gave sound advice but also listened and adjusted to my personal requirements and the selling strategy we went with netted a great result at auction, no doubt to the hard work Neil put in to get buyers there on the day. Always friendly and very pleasant to deal with, but obviously also very effective and got the job done within my targeted time frame.
