Neal is very knowledgeable in his field of work, but more importantly doesn't present information as a sales pitch or create any sense of urgency for you to male decisions. Neal respects that it is a big decision to sell your house and presents information in a way that allows you to work at your pace to communicate it all. He did the work that a real estate agent should do but it was the way he did it that I appreciate so much. - He walked me through the options whenever I had to make a decision without trying to influence me Although our house was past it's best it was important to us having been our family home for two generations and he respected that. Neal kept me updated most days with progress reports. He walked me through the options I should consider whenever I had to make difficult decisions without trying to influence me. Neal was were always patient considerate and respectful towards me as a senior Māori woman. His knowledge of real estate in the area meant his early appraisal was accurate when the final settlement was made.
