Nathan definitely worked for his client to get best price, which impressed me because too often Landagent just want a buyer to get an easy commission, he pushed enough to find out what he needed to know to get best price, but knew when to back off without losing buyer and I arrived at open day in scuffy attire and he didn't judge, he did his job. Once deal was in order, he went extra mile to sort out a couple of problems to keep the deal together, while I was stressing to the max. Nathan and his lovely team are very kind, helpful and managed to stay very kind and professional. Highly recommended Nathan and his team, they stuck to their word. And their remarkable facebook video was what sold this property to my friends who passed on their expressed belief that this property is exactly what I've been looking for. Thank you to all involved.
