We engaged Nathan to sell our first home as our small family was growing. His patience in explaining the process and answering the not always related questions for my partner was well received (it was the first time she had gone through this process) He presented a well grounded assessment not over estimating the property nor under selling it, simultaneously providing feedback on what we could do to touch up/clean up the property. Unfortunately another agent was able to get a better suiting offer for our situation, this naturally lessoned the commission that Nathan received however he took this in his stride and did not allow that to sour the rapport we had developed over the selling process.
