Recently we had to sell a house for my brother who is now in care. It was not maintained and full of “ Stuff”. Being in our 70s we felt overwhelmed with the task to get it in some order to sell. From our first meeting with Nathan and Michelle we felt reassured that they had sold other houses like ours in our area and showed us photos. This also gave us some idea of what price it might fetch with its size and condition. They explained to us the process of accepting bids and using the auction to find the right market price. With some help we managed to tidy and clear the most important rooms. Once on the market they kept us updated on the people they took through and any comments they made.
