I found Nathan to be down to earth, easy to talk to, was quick with answering any questions I had. He was very knowledgeable in his line of work. Alot of real estate people can be quite pushy and only concerned about the money. Nathan didn't come across like this. Nathan provided a fair and practical written market assessment of our property. He was diligent and flexible by accommodating our particular timeline needs. This involved delaying some of the sales process for 3 weeks until we returned from overseas. However Nathan managed to keep things moving along and the house was sold quickly, within 9 days upon returning to NZ. An excellent outcome. Nathan is extremely thorough with ensuring everything is in places for the sales process and makes it easy for the vendors. Nathan keeps accurate notes on all people interested in the property and communicates these well. He has a great understanding of our needs.
