Nathan Buxton recently marketed and sold our property in West Auckland. We chose Nathan because after his initial appraisal a year or so before the house went on the market, he kept in regular touch with us as we readied the house, remaining interested in our ideas. He helpfully evaluated them from a marketing perspective and offered many excellent ideas to improve the sale potential of our property. When the property went on the market Nathan communicated all the important vendor information immediately and ensured that the council CCC’s and the new legal requirements were up to date. Nathan respected how much we loved the house and tailored his advertising material to emphasise that importance for us. He discussed with us the various options for sale offering his professional evaluation of the best option for our particular property …an option which turned out to be exactly right. During the marketing period Nathan kept us up to date the whole time reporting back after each open home to keep us in touch with buyer interest and enquiry. Nathan achieved the most desirable outcome for us as vendors. He sold our property within 4 weeks of it going on to a cooling market for a really good price. We were thrilled with that outcome. We are really happy with and appreciative of the level of service and commitment Nathan gave us.

Nathan took the time to explain processes to me in a way I could understand without coming across as pushy. He made me feel he was interested in what I had to say, not just a sale. He let me know what he needed from me to sell my property so that we were able to work together.

After the final inspection had been done, price agreed and all agreed, my lawyer advised purchaser wanted a price reduction in order to settle. Said there where aspects they had not appreciated at the inspection. While the lawyer felt inclined to make an adjustment to avoid any hassle, Nathan weighed in and sorted the matter 'no change since the final inspection, agreed price has to stand'. Im happy to write a reveiw for Nathan he did everything that needed to be done to get a great result for all parties especally into days market where buyers have lots of choice we got great feed back which matters good comunication skills and good overveiw where the market was the result was good as for the property in it condition which need alot of TLC but had good bones the new family will be very happy to if they roll ther sleeves up and bring it into twenty first century this couple would use your company again due to Nathan nogatiation skills to get both parties to reach the same goal good result thanks Nathan cheers Danny
