From our first meeting, Natasha was a delight to work with. I felt like I had found an agent who understood my needs, what I wanted to achieve & the emotional connection I had with the home that belonged to my recently deceased Mother, she showed genuine compassion & understanding of my situation. At times I was quite overwhelmed by the process of letting go of the house & her calm approach was welcomed. From start to finish Natasha was professional, always had a positive outlook, communicated clearly at every turn, her market knowledge was great & negotiation skills I couldn't fault. I was also grateful for the extra help on logistics, recommending a handyman to complete the building report requirements & help with the invite only, open home garage sale to clear a large portion of the chattels.
