When husband first approached Natarsha, she called us back at a time that suited us all even if it was around 7 and 8pm and spent almost two just to go over the informations and explains everything thoroughly so we understand. As a first home buyer it was very nerve-wracking but Natarsha was there to guide us every step of the way and most importantly she made us feel comfortable during the whole process and reminding us to breath. We've been on the hunt for our first home close to 2 years and dealt with plenty of agents during this time but can't quite say the same about them.
