She takes into consideration every aspect, including dealing with an elderly, visually impaired owner with compassion, kindness and patience. Natalie gave regular updates via several mediums and ensured that we were fully informed of the process and progress. I cannot praise highly enough how enjoyable it was working with Natalie even though it was an extremely stressful time. Natalie is positive but honest so she does not make promises that she can't keep but she does keep your spirits up.
