One important factor as a Vendor is our calls were always answered no delay when calling Natalie she was always available for us, early morning or later in the day. I'd always love how she'd always be revitalized after the Open Home, would send a text to confirm how many groups had visited, it was something as a Vendor you like to receive feedback sooner rather that later. So the journey with Natalie started after I have had mixed results with her competition. She was so professional from start to finish and her communication was faultless.
