Natalie said “I have got you Bernie” and she did. I have never brought a house on my own and Natalie guided me every step of the way. Her transparent communication and constant updates were amazing. I backed out at one stage and she was kind and understanding. I got scared . Then rang her and wanted another look with my best friend which she duly organised. Nothing was too much and I have felt safe and looked after throughout the whole process . In addition she loved animals so we gelled as my 2 cats are a priority .
