As we were relocating from the South Island finding a suitable home was a daunting job. We were not able to look at houses easily in Waiuku and Natalie was fantastic in her willingness to assist us as an agent we could talk to. She was great to deal with and made enquires on our behalf with other agents. This meant we had only one person to communicate with throughout the process of finding a house. Once we found a house we liked, Natalie put in a great deal of her time organizing viewings and building inspections access on our behalf. She even did the pre-sale inspection for us which was fantastic. Finally she organized getting the keys on settlement so our arrival was seamless.
