Buying a house is a long process, and I am thankful that I had Nataša representing the vendor in my purchase for several reasons. In my first conversation with Nataša (one of those open-home follow-up calls), I was convinced that the house I had seen was going to be very competitive, and that I mightn't bother to engage with the process at all. Nataša responded to this negativity with a come-what-may optimism that felt very authentic, and my interest in the property grew naturally, rather than feeling pressured or pestered. While researching the property I had many questions, and received many prompt replies. This back-and-forth never seemed to be a burden, and I was encouraged to do as much digging as possible with respect to the house's condition and history. After having an offer accepted, Nataša worked well with the vendor and third-party services (building reports etc.) to move the process along, making sure I was informed and comfortable with how things were progressing.
