Patience and stricking for a good deal

Narender is patience and helpful through the negotiation process. One thing touched me was that after the settlement before new tenants moved in, we turned on the light for safeguarding. Neighbour though there were thieves so he told Narender. Narender phoned me immediately about this concern. He is very kind to take care of us even after the deal.
