As a personal preference, I admire honesty and sincerity in an Agent the most; and Nadine excels. In addition she communicates particularly well, I'm only too familiar with various people out there, who may or may not be doing lots, but don't seem to think that I would want to know that, for better or for worse. Nadine checked in regularly to ensure that I was comfortable with what was happening, and I was consulted all along the way. Advice on house presentation was invaluable. It was a difficult place to market, but she correctly predicted that it would sell, and suggested ways to enhance its acceptability; she certainly knew the vagaries of the market and correctly predicted a likely price range. Level of advertising was as good as it could be, as judged by the 50+ groups who viewed the house. Initially it was passed in at auction, but in fairness, I attended the auction, 14 houses were auctioned while I was there, and ALL were passed in, though 3 were subsequently sold by negotiation. notwithstanding, it was sold 1 week later for a satisfactory price.
