Did get reasonable result at end of the 3 months. Was bit of waste trying auction. Good dealing with tenant and helped them to stay on with new owners.

The marketing was quite expensive and auction got no response. But they were persistent and got result around 90 days. Comms was generally good and regular reports. Price was about what was expected in the circumstances.
