Munish was quick with communication and even sent me an email on Christmas day to confirm I had been successful in my purchase. However there was an issue with the oven which dragged out, and I was never reimbursed the money to reconnect the power account as promised. Also the remote for the car park doesn't work, all annoying issues which had to be sorted out post settlement.

We bought an apartment through him in March 2019, sold 2 houses through him in September/October 2020. We are happy that Munish handled the business in a professional way. One point we are not happy is that B&T auctionee placed our auction of 30 Hamill Road Otara in the 10th of the auction list, that meaned we cannot have the good position in the order of auction.
