I wanted to take the time out to acknowledge the work that Moses and Mamun has done for us in the last month of selling. We only decided to really sell because one day Moses was out doing his flyers and was kind enough to stop and help two distress females with a broken car. (unless he had other intentions :P) Little did he know that my family and i were already thinking about selling a property. So long story short he was there at a right place with a can do attitude which is something we were wanting in a listing agent and from there decided to move forward. I found him extremely flexible and catering to my personal needs.(young family) He went above and beyond and the fact he communicated continuous was outstanding. I believe him and Mamun had achieved premium price at the stage we were at the property cycle and was very accommodating addressing any of our concerns. What stood out most was the fact we had a minor hiccup with an outsiders comment and how he (Moses) handled it in a very professional manner, (comment on our FB Page that could of devalued the sale. ) Moses handled in very calmly manner even though it was extremely late and ensured me it was taken care of.
