Dear Team Monika, From the moment our elderly mother sat and talked to Aryaan Batra and Monika Maynard, they have been so patient and understanding of our mothers wants, needs and demands in selling her property. From the get go, Aryaan and Monika kept me, my mother and my sister so very well informed on every little detail, and the processes required in selling our family home. They put my mothers needs first, while being encouraging and realistic about what will happen and what could happen during the entire process. It was a great campaign and Team Monika did such a great job of getting us investors and renovators attracted to our property, with a whopping 7 investors signed before and during the auction to bid on our property! We ended up deciding on a realistic value and through a bidding war between investors, we were blessed and got a price above what we expected! My mother was full of joy, my little sister in tears of relief, we had won a buyer who was willing yo pay us more than we expected!
