We enlisted Team Monika for the sale of our house. It was our first time selling so we appreciated Monika's advice on the best method to use and tips to have our property ready for market. We took her advice to sell via an auction and it worked well for us, even resulting in the auction coming forward because of a strong pre auction offer.
