Monica helped the reviewer buy this property

Friendly, helpful and easy to deal with

We first contacted Monica about another property some time before buying 112 Oreti Street. She was friendly and approachable from the start, which left a positive impression. When we viewed Oreti Street, she provided a written list of work and repairs the owner had completed, along with what was still outstanding. We appreciated having this information to better understand the property. Monica also helped pass our questions and requests on to the owner on several occasions. The online signing process was convenient too—there was no need to print, scan and email documents back and forth. As first-home buyers, we really appreciated Monica’s help and guidance throughout the process. Thank you, Monica, for helping us buy our first home.
