I knew I was in trouble the moment we parked outside the house - my wife had fallen instantly in love! In my mind I thought there was no way we would be able to secure the exact property we had both wanted when moving south - we had not even put our house on the market and here was a Deadline sale to end in 4 weeks! Lights/Camera/Action True to her word within a day of hitting the market we had an offer that was above our expectation and soon after a backup offer. Unfortunately the other houses in the chain of sales took longer to sell and we fell into winters grip. Monica never gave up (even though we almost did) there were 5 separate families involved eventually, all with their own hopes and dreams which had to be aligned - to say it was complicated is an understatement.
