Their steady hand helped us greatly in moments of understandable and sometimes considerable emotion. The "Sellers Reports" were delivered on time and informative, and in conjunction with those and the very useful meeting held with our chose Harcourts auctioneer, we were able to formulate a realistic expectation of the likely selling price for the home. Great advice was given regarding staging the home,and Team Bush went the extra mile by placing their personal potted plants, and fresh flowers. We agree that this greatly contributed to the attractiveness of the home and reflected in the high attendance at, and success of, the auction.
