The approach was very aggressive at first but declined after receiving the first offer. Unfortunately, we didn’t get the best buyer and accepted the settlement because we felt we had no other choice. Additionally, the agent fee wasn’t clearly communicated upfront, even though I requested it before the agreement. I trusted there would be more consideration given what we were getting, especially with the significant reduction in the buyer's initial offer. I’m very disappointed.
