Got the listing through the email, called, met and selected few properties at short notice. Inspected 2 properties around 9am on a wet morning. Out of 2 chose 1 and made an offer on the same day. Vendor accepted my offer, and rest is history as they say. In general Mona has good knowledge of real estate market in her local area with honest and frank advise. Me being an inquisitive person so asked about her name, and she explained how she was named as Mona Lisa. Would recommend others to give her an opportunity and for sure one would not regret.
