Moira is friendly and approachable but if there was anything negative to be found with the viewings or how the property might fare on the market she would find it! What was lacking was coherent strategies to tackle the issues we faced, which we actually got from the auctioneer. Communication at times was slow and we had to keep asking what was going on. When we got it there would be missing information that required constant follow up. We started to lack confidence as it seemed that Moira wasn’t really sure what we should do when we encountered some building problems with the property. In the end it was the auctioneer who gave us the strategies that we needed to get the sale completed. She was the model of professionalism and did a great job for us.

Moira took time to understand what we were interested in and only showed us relevant properties. She was proactive and went out of her way to accommodate our schedules. All in all it has been a great experience. Thank you Moira
