She was professional, enthusiastic and friendly yet mindful of making sure the vendors objectives would be achieved in a buoyant market. What we learnt was social media rather than hard copy advertising works and not having a sales notice board on the property isn't detrimental to achieving a sale. Great photos helped.

We had dealt with Moira when looking to buy a property in Waikanae in 2013. Although she wasn’t successful then she worked hard on our behalf and her communication and responsiveness was good.
