From the outset I wasn't expecting to get a sale for the price I was after, as I knew I had set a very high asking price, but I was highly impressed by the price that was achieved. So, in that regard, very happy with the outcome. While it may not be an option in other cases where there isn't a buyer who already has an offer they want to present, I much preferred the direct method from you guys instead of getting cold calls and cards in my letterbox asking for the tenth time if I wanted an appraisal or to list my property on the market.
