Mo was amazing to deal with. She's professional, friendly, informative, eloquent and worked diligently for the vendor at the same time. After my offer was accepted she continued to run open homes, on behalf of the vendor until my offer went unconditional, which I thought was really diligent. Mo was informative throughout, and she was always accomodating for me to view the property, and answered any questions promptly. After my dealings with her I would definitely look at using her as an agent in the future.

It's a small name. Mo Ma. Such a small name for a person who is hugely passionate and talented at her job!! Tricky situation...big do-up, with a big hole in the back yard, end of summer, market seeming to not be so much in favour of the vendor (lots of houses coming onto the market!). Vendor who didn't want to give it away. Mo did her homework, got people through and the house was sold after two weeks... we're still surprised. We knew Kris and his team were excellent as we had bought the same house with them. They were great to us as purchasers. But as a vendor they really do focus on what you need and treat you extremely well. You know it's a well oiled machine, but you aren't just a number. It's a personal, very honest, and on-the-button service. Mo is fantastic and a genuinely lovely person. PS: the video of the house was the best I've ever seen!! Everyone I showed agreed.
