Easy transaction

Mitch was the vendors agent for a property we purchased. We met him at an open home for a different property and based upon our discussion suggested he had another home that might better suit our requirements. So it turned out and we decided to make an offer on the second home. Mitch was very professional in all dealings and represented our offer to his vendors such that we were able to agree terms and contract quickly giving us both the certainly we needed. Mitch was thorough and very professional in all our dealings and we would be happy to buy through him again if the situation arose.
