Sold quickly and efficiently

A good team that communicated well with us. Property sold within our timeframe but for less than was indicated by Century 21, and under "CV" Unable to attract more than two interested buyers which perhaps limited the the chance to get to the price initially indicated by Century 21. The success gift did not seem to be "value for money". A voucher for a cafe maybe more appropriate. However, we are happy with result, allowing us to move onto the next stage of life as we planned,
