Mitch was very informative and not pushy. When we were ready to sell he made things easy. Our house sale in my opinion, was quite tricky due to the change to colder/shoulder season. Center 21 seemed to have the a significant number of followers and followers looking in our price bracket so that we mostly had a constant flow of people to Open Homes. Having a limited time frame with which to sell in also made the sale process tricky. To his credit Mitch kept the pressure on and hustled to ensure we were able to meet our timeframe. A good team that communicated well with us. Property sold within our timeframe but for less than was indicated by Century 21, and under "CV" Unable to attract more than two interested buyers which perhaps limited the the chance to get to the price initially indicated by Century 21. The success gift did not seem to be "value for money". A voucher for a cafe maybe more appropriate. However, we are happy with result, allowing us to move onto the next stage of life as we planned,
