Miranda is a down to earth person with an easy communication style.

We were selling in a very challenging and depressed market, so changes were necessary and frequent. Miranda would patiently talk us thru the process with each change. She was ever ready to roll her sleeves up to do the following: - Rearrange the furniture - Move potted plants to make the place look tidier. - Remove rubbish on our behalf. etc.. She was always only a phone call away and her enthusiasm was contagious which got us thru some challenging times.
