Throughout the process Miranda was very informative with sales data, updates on viewings in the area and even took the time to show me a property to compare with, prior to listing the property. Miranda also went the extra mile in many areas, from assisting with key pickups from our tenant, dropping off keys for the painters, organising the lawns to be mowed and arranging the staging of the property and washing a couple of curtains. Amazing lady to work with, highly recommend her for the sale of any property.

I first met Miranda in a professional capacity, and when I enquired about her services to appraise our home she was informative and knowledgeable. From the very outset what I appreciated was Miranda’s respect as to the nature and timing of the sale but at the same time, her ability to stay in touch without pushing to do business. I think that was the key to her securing the business. The word that I would use to describe my impression and overall experience with Miranda and her team is polished. Of course it was much more than that, empathetic, knowledgeable, willing, accessible, efficient and effective but really it all boiled down to Miranda being highly professional. Something that struck me on auction day was Miranda’s manner and tone of voice – soothing, supportive, informative but again…there to do the best for her client.
