I know what I am doing just don't worry and sign! I told you the document means nothing! If you don't sign you don't trust me! I have done this for so long so just do what i say! You have questions? Why would you have questions? If you don't like it then I can do what you say and your house won't sell! If that is what you what then I will do what you say! Why would you have question? I told you it is all good so just do it!!" Does not provide barfoot and Thompson vendor guide until I know there is such a document AFTER the auction and actively asked him for it. Does not provide any explanation on the process of sale. Does not explain anything on the sales and purchase agreement, including the modifications he put on the document. Does not explain the variations forms. Does not explain why buyer was allowed to delay in paying deposit. Every question is met with the same yelling and scolding as shown above. Do not use this agent.
