Ming is a professional and knowledgeable agent who helped me sell my property at Long Bay. Her communication was clear, timely, and straightforward, which I really appreciated. She has a strong understanding of the local market and provided useful insights into pricing and trends. She is also a capable negotiator and worked hard during that phase. However, I did sometimes feel uncomfortable being pressured during negotiations, which may not suit everyone’s style. That said, she was always upfront, detail-oriented, and professional. Overall, a solid agent with strong market expertise.
